How It Works

Your pool draining and deep cleaning will take place over two days. The day before your appointment, we’ll set up equipment to drain your water. On the date of your appointment, we’ll perform the deep cleaning.

As long as we can access your yard/pool, you don’t need to be present during the draining or cleaning!

Step 1: Schedule Your Draining and Cleaning Online

First, pick your dates and schedule your draining and cleaning (click here to see available dates).

Then you’ll put down a $1 deposit to reserve your date.

This deposit will save your debit or credit card information in our system, but you won’t be charged for the full draining and cleaning until after the job is completed.

Step 2: We'll Text or Call a Few Days Before Your Draining and Cleaning

We'll text or call to confirm your appointment and collect any additional information from you (for example, your neighborhood gate code, where you’d like us to park, anything else we need to know).

Step 3: The Day Before Your Appointment, We'll Drain Your Pool Water

We’ll arrive at your property and set up a pump and hose system to drain your pool. The water will be drained into the sewer (or septic system) so it can be recycled by the city.

Step 4: On Your Scheduled Day, We'll Deep Clean Your Pool

We’ll arrive at your property with our cleaning equipment, drain any remaining water and do a comprehensive deep cleaning.

After Your Draining and Cleaning…

After we've finished your draining and cleaning, we’ll send you pictures of the completed job and bill your card for the remaining amount.

You'll use your hose and water spigot to refill your pool with fresh water. You (or your weekly pool person) will add chemicals as desired.

We recommend every two to three years.

It costs $899 for a full drain and deep clean. (We are currently running a $579 sale until May 31, 2025).

Do I need to be at my home during the draining or cleaning?

No, you don’t need to be home during the draining or cleaning as long as we can access your pool.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We make it easy to cancel or reschedule your pool draining - just call or text Todd at 702-718-2727. There’s no fee for canceling or rescheduling.
